BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/REALTOR, 2017-PRESENT

Responsibilities include assisting clients buy and sell real estate which includes (but not limited to) negotiating on their behalf, advise them on market conditions, and specific neighborhood and property condition. Adept in contract drafting, negotiations, marketing, research and market analysis. Experience with 1031 exchanges, Opportunity Zones, probate sale, trustee sales and auctions.

MCHS PTA PRESIDENT; MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — 2018-2019

Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating partnerships within the school community, managing more than a half a million dollars in school funds, fostering an environment where parental involvement is encouraged and respected, representing MCHS/ MBMS/Pacific at the District level, disseminating information to the board and families and resolving problems as they arise.

This position was created for me because of my ability to create and execute unique marketing strategies for my clients. In addition to maintaining and servicing my client list, prospecting and researching for new accounts, I also had to work with all other account managers and assist them with non-traditional ways for them to help meet their clients’ marketing objectives. I also spearheaded and created the largest ever talk radio one day event called “Stimuland” which more than 15,000 people attended.

Recruited for the position of account manager and had to build my entire client list. The job responsibilities were the same as an account executive at the other radio sales positions.

AREA MANAGER, WARNER BROTHERS STUDIO STORES, BURBANK, CA – 1989-1991

Responsible in creating an environment that ensured customer satisfaction through merchandise presentation, knowledgeable, motivated and friendly sales staff members, and impeccable customer service. I was responsible for the two flagship locations in Santa Monica and Torrance. I had to hire, train and manage more than 300 employees between the two locations and exceeded sale quotas on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

The responsibilities were the same as the above however as a training store manager, I also trained every new manager and assistant manager in the district prior to them being assigned a store.
